Dr. Deborah Greco

Deborah S. Greco received her DVM from the University of California in 12982 and completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Louisiana State University from 1982-1983.  She became a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in 1986 after completing an internal medicine residency and PhD at Texas A&M. 

Dr. Greco was a professor of small animal internal medicine at Colorado State University for 12 years.  She was the recipient of the Pfizer award for research excellence at Colorado State University in 1996.  In 1998, she received the AAFP Research Award for her work on feline diabetes mellitus.

Dr. Greco is currently a senior research scientist with Nestle Purina Petcare.
